Most carpets dry in 4–8 hours. You can walk in socks immediately. Running fans or opening windows speeds drying. Our commercial-grade extraction removes far more moisture than rental machines.
Please move small items — chairs, lamps, items on the floor. Large heavy furniture like beds and dressers can stay. We clean around and under them.
Most stains yes — especially dirt, food, and beverage stains. Some permanent stains like bleach marks or dye transfers may not come out because they've chemically altered the fibers. Rick will give you honest expectations before starting.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning agents safe for children, pets, and people with allergies as soon as the carpet is dry.
